Haha fantastic. 
I love the screenshots. Especially the one at the table. "At christmas we forget we are enemies". Very atmospheric!
It would be great if you could release this at first of december. I am for sure gonna play it. 
It looks quite different opposed to the snow mod. This setting looks more like as if the snow has just fallen and hasn't got time to decay yet.

In theory this could be accomplished by changing the handling stats for all the cars in road.bin, there's no other way of doing it as the physics is written into LS3D.dll
