Hi there
I am pretty sure, that nobody know me here. Well so here I am. The newbie in mafia modding. So this is my new project for mafia and I just did the menu to my new modification called The Rain. It will be noir story mod, that you are solving murder of the young girl. It will get all messed up, but I will tell you all about it next time.
here it is :
Will (hope so) Feature:
-New dark story line with multiple endings and choosing your own path
-Czech dabing(maybe english either, not sure with both of em)
-New living (weird meaning of term living, because I want it to be dark and empty) city with full traffic, city transport just like the original game, pedestrians with bars and all interiers from the main campaign.
-Inspired by Max Payne, Sin City, L.A. Noire and Cry of Fear
- and more...

Looks great
Nice you've got something to show here, too. This looks like it might be some kind of Max Payne/Heavy Rain/LA Noire crossover.
The menu is brilliant. The kind of noir-ish lighting that I love, lit well but not enough to give anything away.
Looking forward to more screens and happy to get behind this mod and give help if it's needed _________________

Welcome to Mafia Scene R0v3r
This looks promising.. the ambience and the music fit
the mood. I play L.A. Noire quite a bit and this would
be a big boost to Mafia CoLH. Will be watching this
thread for further developments as and when you post
them.
Once again welcome, hope your time here will be a
fruitful one. _________________

No rush, I've been working for about eight years on the Titanic mod in the meantime.
Looks truly amazing! Coincidentally I started playing L.A. Noire again this week. The mood and atmosphere you've set on the main menu looks impressive. Especially for a 'newbie' in Mafia modding it looks high grade. _________________

Yeah The Mafioso Mod is coming up to the 4-year mark
All the best mods take their time R0v3r
PS - Nice to see another Czech/Slovak modder, obviously knowing the language they seem to make some of the best mods (Michal Safarik, djbozkosz, MichalJS, etc) _________________

I think, that the negative thing is, that it won't run older pc´s... because of lightnning and some high def poly models that I want to put in there.. (+ far draw distance, water sharder mod and hd textures.. ) |

Who's using an old computer nowadays?
people should go along with time. Anno 2014 and still using a broken-white colored computer? Time to upgrade! _________________

Impossible....
Though, I must admit, since my computer is at my apartment, sometimes when I'm at my parents' house I boot up my good old Dreamsys computer with an Intel Celeron D 2.8 GHZ processor, 1GB of RAM, 256 MB GPU card and Windows XP. It feels like I'm digging through some ancient archives. Archives with a delayment of a couple minutes that is... _________________
