Suggestion: Foreign Boards

Hello. I have a suggestion for this great site. But before it, I'd like to know if anyone agrees, so I'm starting a poll! We should add foreign boards, under a category 'Non-English' or 'Foreign Languages', here are some languages I'd recommend adding:
Czech
Russian
Lithuanian
Bulgarian

Maybe more. What do you all think? And what would the staff think?

and with Chrome, it easily translates the foreign language so every one can still be involved

Doing this sort of thing on a forum can seriously fracture a community and make it hard to moderate. Plus translating Into a language to reply is still very difficult. I will be discussed though, but don't get your hopes up. This site has been English only for 10 years I doubt well change it.

To be honest having foreign boards or a dedicated area
for people who's primary language isn't English would
defeat the fact that Mafia Scene is primarily an English
speaking fansite/forum for Mafia CoLH and Mafia II.

There are other Mafia fan Sites dedicated to various
European communities in languages that are suited for
your preference.

However as Geran has stated we will discuss the matter
and let you know either way.

I'm not sure if this is a good idea. First, it will be a mess. And secondly, why do we have to create boards for other languages if everyone here understand English?

If someone doesn't speak English, I appeal to him : learn English! This will help you in your life! And it's not as difficult as you think! Wink

Actually, on second thought, after reading what you guys have written, I think we don't really need them after all. At first I thought it would be great, but now I'm thinking "for what purpose?". Because everybody understands English and if one wants to drop a line to a fellow ciziten in a foreign language, there's always private messaging. And if we opened up foreign language sections... I don't think the community will stay as one (the way it is now). It would kinda complicate things for people who don't understand the language and I don't think anyone has anything to hide from others. So from my point of view, when it comes to PM, it's surely ok. But I'm starting to think the forums don't need an international section Wink
