It had to be done folks. An iconic gangster from an equally iconic film, played by Al Pacino. Some critics took umbrage at the film for being excessively violent, and it's understandably so, but Scarface is nevertheless beloved in retrospect as a quintessential gangster film.

Special thanks to TondmiCZ for inspiring me to do this mod after churning out a couple or so Frozen characters.

Installation instructions:
Copy the maps and models folders to where you installed Mafia, assuming you already extracted all of the assets using Mafia Data Xtractor. I've included most of the Tommy replacement models, but you can rename them to the appropriate ped model if you want to play as Tony in certain missions or replace a certain NPC or story character with Tony.

I've also included source project files for those interested in studying the mod or make derivative works from it.
