Turns out you gotta restart Steam before you can access the definitive edition for Mafia 2. There it will download.

As for those pre-order bonuses, I would stay clear of those. They might pull a Mafia 3 and make it free after release.

A bike is getting added! This should be interesting considering Mafia 1 was originally supposed to have a usable bike. And if you own Mafia 1 Definitive Edition, you get Tommy's outfit and cab in Mafia 2 and 3.
