GOLOD55's Real Driver Pro mod does if I'm not mistaken.
Aside from that you can use MafiaScript Extensions (possibly in conjunction with Mafia Patcher). It provides the mse_car_setsiren command which you could bind to some key via ctrl_read(ex).
I'm not sure whether sirens work for ambulances or firetrucks, though. |
