Sadly after a hardware failure I've been dragged kicking and screaming into the world of Windows 10 (  ). Unfortunately now Mafia is really choppy, I'm getting sudden frame drops of around 5-7fps and millisecond freezes every other second - it's horrible to look at. As a side note, I've had all my hardware upgraded bar the GPU.
Anyone got any ideas?

Hm the only thing that comes to mind is to toy around with the settings. Maybe give windowed mode a try, too. If you have any graphics enhancing mods installed, it might also be a good idea to disable them for now. 
Do other/modern games work fine? |

Yep, they do. I managed to sort it with running compatibility/admin but that in-turn screwed up MafiaCon's injection. However, someone you'd given a fixed version to sent me that version of MC and it works like a dream. Thanks!
