It is combo of BSV and DCED on steroids with more stuff to edit. It should be quite stable so no more reloads / restarts after every edit.

Try delete lines in definitions and save file, run program as Administrator, close program and put lines back in definitions its work for me  |

The program does not open my scene2.bin file.
The size of the file is 38 mb.
If i open the dnc of a model object, it shows:
I guss the reason of that is presence of zero bytes in the end of the previous block, before "2000".
Надо исправлять. |

Are you able to open it in other tools? Like BSV, DCED, MWE, etc?

Yes. All of these tools and others are able to open the file. This file is from my Freeride Extended mod version 3.0. |
