Looking back: Mafia hype in the year 2000

February 2001 was even before the E3 build or the Alpha, so perhaps it's related to those proto-Tommy screenshots with green trams.

The dialogue itself differs a bit from the final version of course, but the general idea is the same. Though I wonder if this introduction scene was all there was in this early build?
