Mafia Patcher is an ASI plugin for Mafia: City of Lost Heaven for modifying certain hardcoded aspects of the game and its engine.

The plugin was originally developed for GOLOD55's CityBars 2 and Real Driver mods but we thought that some of the provided options could also prove useful to other mod developers and/or users maybe.

Please read the included readme.txt for installation and usage instructions.
