Some help with some texture replacers

Hello, to all.

Basically I'm trying to replace the posters, billboards, and most wall art. I am using sds tool gui, and dds viewer, and extractor etc... Yet when I replace them the whole game is washed out in white, nvidia startup mov is pink. No idea what's happening as I am totally new to modding and wanted to start on something simple. It seems I messed it up too lol.

Help would be appreciated.
