Boz' 4DS tools for Blender is probably your best bet with that software (plugin supports 4DS LOD).

After i export model to zmodeler my lod always change to 4000 it's possible to change lod in zmodeler?

Why do you want to export your model with Zmodeler? But if you want to, you can change LOD ratio in Boz 4ds Full Manager. (Set it to 0 if you want to disable model disappearing).

i can't make color key work in blender but already problem is fixed. boz 4ds manager don't work for me. Nothing change when i make some changes. Maybe you know what problem is?

So the lod problem is fixed? To make colorkey in blender tick the "add effect" and "color key" checkboxes in material tab.
