As the name implies, this is Sarah's model from the remake of the game for the original Mafia.
The model includes facial animation.
The author (not me) of the conversion: Romchi (mafia-game.ru/forum).

Any chance to see original Mafia 1 characters models imported and tuned to be used in Mafia Definitive Edition? It will really be cool if possible!
