I have downloaded the mod and vehicles.bin is corrupted, that is the reason why the tool crash when you want to load vehicles. The tool is not prepared to dealing with corrupted files yet. I can fix it in the next major version.
Also the tool can crash when you want edit vehicles incompatible with your game version. (carcyclopedia.def and carindex.def are different for game version 1.0 and higher)

Hi there,
I have been working for a while on the missions. There is still lots of work as you can see on the figure below... There is also weather wizard which could help you to initialize scene.
Release date is unknown.

You mean in a single window?
Actually the tool should already offer you to work with several files at once. You can add a new vehicle in Vehicle editor and immediately assign it in Championship. But it is up to you to manually click on the save button in every editor separately. |

| I think this program looks very helpful for modding however I can't get it to work. I installed it and when i click on the icon it just flashes to acknowledge that it is there but nothing opens at all. I am running on win 10. can anyone help? As well are there any videos available for this program? |

I suggest to add a separate "Sound" tab to cars, because now not too easy to found all sounds of a specific car.  It would be useful.  |
