It need comdlg32.ocx
to register if the file not in system32 against the folder Mafia as place for:
open
"cmd.exe" (Terminal also Commandline)
and execute with enter after input of following row:
regsvr32 comdlg32.ocx
or
regsvr32.exe c:\windows\system32\comdlg32.ocx
seems for faster loading (through)
