Seems like a lot when you could get a Model T for one third that. But I guess the market was moving on; if you wanted a Model T, you got a used one. |

Yeah, the Ford T was an old model by 1932. Still, I'd like to know what the wages were back then; I know, from reading books about WW2, that $50 a month was a big deal back then, and if we count that as the average salary, then even the cheapest model costs 14 months' worth of work, which makes it equivalent to a mid-range car today. |
