Hi all, this is something I've noticed repeatedly over the years - when exported to 4DS, models with multiple 'objects'/components sometimes fragment so that some of these components (e.g. stairs or doors) end up in a different place/with a different rotation in relation to the other parts of the model.
This seems to happen with files exported from both 3DS Max and Zmodeler. Does anyone know why? Thinking

Check the pivot position, except doors (probably you will need the pivot located where the hinges are) I always move the pivot to the same place for all objects, usually 0,0,0. Or in max try to reset Xform first. If doors are interactive I would add them as a separated 4ds model.
